Listed gives you a profile page that appears in search results and rankings. Featured moves you to positions 2-5 in the rankings for your trade and city, with a Featured banner. Recommended puts you at #1 in rankings with a prominent Recommended badge - the most visible position on the site.
No. The Listed plan is billed annually — cancel before renewal and you won't be charged again. Featured and Recommended are monthly subscriptions with no minimum term, cancel anytime.
No - any business can get listed regardless of review count. Where Google ratings exist they're displayed on your profile and help customers choose you, but they're not a requirement to join.

There are two separate things, and it is worth being clear about the difference. Profile enquiries (free and included) are homeowners contacting you directly via your listing, as described above. Buy Leads (optional, pay-as-you-go) come from our separate homeowner Post a Job form, where a homeowner describes a specific job they want quoting. Those job leads are offered to a maximum of three businesses on a pay-per-lead basis. Pricing depends on the job type. This is entirely optional: you only ever pay if you choose to buy a specific lead. So your subscription covers your listing and unlimited direct enquiries, while Buy Leads is an extra, opt-in source you can use or ignore.
Direct enquiries reach you in real time the moment a homeowner submits them, with no scheduling or batching. For Buy Leads, when a matching Post a Job enquiry comes in for your category and area, it is made available to claim on a first-to-claim basis (up to three businesses).
